Changed desktop to 16-bit colors but the problem remains... about to give up.

No joy - when I do ALT+ESC I see the graphics perfectly right before jumping to the desktop. When I jump back to the game they remain corrupted... :mad:

It might be worth a shot... I'll give it a try later on this weekend and let you know how it went. On a side note, I've installed WCP on my laptop and it runs without a glitch.

Thanks for the tip. I tried the mouse and it helps, but I'm still puzzled as to why the arrow keys don't work properly. I'll install WC3 at a different computer to check if there's any difference.
