I have the same problem. I'm using the latest ATI Omega drivers, Radeon 9700 Pro. I had my system overclocked to 220 FSB (AMD64 2800+, K8T800, no pci/agp lock). When I set it back to 200 FSB... it worked okay. The card is probably sensitive to AGP speed of 66 Mhz.
