I remember seeing that scene for the first time thinking "huh, that dude looks like Casper van Dien from Starship Troopers!". I ultimately decided that couldn't possibly be him, i thought he wouldn't settle for such a small role in a video game.

Also don't forget at the beginning the Kilrathi wanted a quick decicive victory against the Terrans, what they actually were preparing for was the incoming invasion from the other end of their empire. Must've worked out about as well as the Schlieffen-plan did.

I've tried via Kickstarter, as that seemed to be the proper channel to me. I'm not assuming malicious indifference or anything, certainly not of George. I'm sure it has to do with spam filters or too much emails to answer or something like that.

I've backed this even though i haven't even received my physical copy of the last album. George isn't answering to my mails either, but seeing this new project come true would be really nice either way.

As far as i can tell all games released so far are Interplay titles. Does anyone know if there's a chance for the Microprose games to see the light of day too? Would love to play Final Unity and Generations once more. I don't even know who they'd have to approach for these today, but the old...

I played it a few hours in Beta, but that whole consistent online world stuff is not my thing (not that it stands out as one very much currently). I found myself grinding for a new ship, which i could use more effectively to... grind for another ship. That said, the combat is fun, the graphics...

I just see the whole Syndicate debacle happening again. Die-hard fans might reject the game out of principle and for new players it should offer something remarkable other than its name. Though to be fair, Syndicate was really just a mediocre game, the name was supposed to raise it from...

Though i *do* remember dying a lot in the original game (like in all Sierra adventures), i really can't remember it being such a QTE-fest as what i'm expecting when i see this trailer. I'm far from being a pessimist, but this looks like they're going to alienate two target audiences at once...

Landing on a comet? Whoop-de-doo, i do that in Privateer all the time. Of course only if "comet" is comparable to "asteroid". And "landing" comparable to "crashing into". Ok, maybe landing on a comet is indeed quite a feat.
