Ah, sound in game is fine, just when loading new areas I get that whine. I've only got a creative vibra128, which doesn't have any dos drivers, hence running things in w98.

Ah, speed problem wasn't what I thought it was. Game and movies run fine, just the animations in the customs/whatever rooms run fast. The sound problem is still there though. It seems like whenever there isn't any in-game sound (when going from landing to customs, customs to new place on planet...
