    London Film & Comic Con 2017 - Tom Wilson & John Rhys-Davies

I think that's this shirt available on Redbubble. Sorry to hear you just missed out on seeing Tom, kirby2000. It was touch and go for me on the Friday; I was sure I was going to miss the cut until about 16:45 . Yeah, John was great and Tom too, but to be fair Tom's queue was so busy...

    London Film & Comic Con 2017 - Tom Wilson & John Rhys-Davies

Hey lads, long time no post! I still follow the site though but have cut back my forum use across a bunch of communities in recent years due to work. Hopefully I'll be a bit more active here again soon. Just wanted to let know that if you are in the UK and able to get down to London this...

    Hat Poll

Mine arrived off the courier ship from Newburg this morning in fine FRL fashion! Next stop, Buford's World -- I hear they have an amazing assortment of surplus flight suits. :p Many thanks to McGruff for putting this all together!

Wing Commander Remixed (August 28, 2007)

OK, here we go: - Part 1 (214MB) - Part 2 (238MB) - Part 3 (238MB) They're segmented zip files, so any zip application should be able to extract the compressed files. Depending on the codecs installed on your PC, you may need AC3Filter to hear the audio track during playback in your media player.

Wing Commander Remixed (August 28, 2007)

Heh, I saw the link on AICN amongst other places. Anyway, AD has done an excellent job with the site, which by all accounts appears to be the premier Outlander website. :) Ooh, I can't wait to see it! :D Is this the original cut with the Pilgrim traitor sub-plot scenes? I'm uploading a...

Wing Commander Remixed (August 28, 2007)

Oh wow! :o Apologies for the thread resurrection and for reneging on my original intention to post an update way back then. While backing up one of my hard drives today, I noticed the original DVD torrent of Eric's "fanedit" as well as the Xvid transcode I put together. I had another quick...

BREAKING NEWS: Amazing EA Contest Announced (July 23, 2007)

Yeah, people are naturally curious, particularly us Wingnuts with what is such an awesome prize, although I agree with Loaf that generally knowing who the winner is in these sorts of competitions, is none of our business. However, what continues to make me personally still curious in the...

AD Sounds Off (On?) (April 5, 2008)

Great work, AD and HCL! :D As a growing sound hound myself, this is a wonderful treat and archive. I know this will come in handy for a couple of little projects in development. So many neat sounds and effects make up the WC aural experience that one just doesn't fully appreciate the...

New Paper Model from Paper Commander - Dralthi IV

Wow Péricles, this is just amazing work! :D The attention to detail and proportion is great. Thanks for posting all the pictures too.

Post Your Desktop [joke about dialup haha I am a comedian]

That's quite a background there, Howard! :D I've been using one of your Bengal renderings as my desktop for the past couple of weeks. I think I mirrored the original image and increased the canvas size so that the proportions would stay the same for my desktop resolution. I've included the...

    Searching for "lost" fan animations

Yeah, it'd be neat to look at these. I remember a couple of them, but some I don't recall, so a download link or at least a YouTube link would be great. The Sabre flying round a living room and Concordia flight deck ones have definitely piqued my interest, amongst others. :)

XBox Price Drops In Europe (March 11, 2008)

Yeah, as Loaf mentioned, the EU market is a bit different; Sony have traditionally done very well here (and have a massive PS1/2 install base) even though we tend to get ranked third in preference after Japan and the US and generally shafted on price/availability. Microsoft built-up a decent...
