How do I destroy the Skipper Missiles the Corvette is launching?
Immediately kill the corvette launching the missiles. The cycle through your targets by pressing 'T'. When you find the target CAPMISS, afterburn after it. You'll lose the target, just keep flying straight you'll get it back again. When it blinks on and you are in range, kill it.

There are these two transports that keep blowing up...
There is no way to save these transports. They have been taken over by the Kilrathi and booby trapped to explode if anyone flies near them. Just kill the fighters that pop out.

Can I save Angel or the Behemoth?
No, but, oddly enough, you are still on the winning path.

How do I fly the 'Last Leg'- the Temblor Bomb mission?
Take off. You will encounter two dogfights. Send your wingman home after the second. Autopilot again and you will encounter a third fight. After you kill these enemies, CLOAK. Autopilot again while cloaked. You should be at the planet, and you will encounter Prince Thrakhath, 2 Paktahn fighters, and Hobbes if you did not kill him earlier. DO NOT UNCLOAK until you see Prince Thrakhath. Once you uncloak, defeat him and Hobbes and you will automatically descend to Kilrah. If you uncloak too soon, you will encounter endless waves of Strakha fighters, and will have to fly the mission over.
