How do I get to Dracothraxus?
- There are two helms (one magical and one regular) in the halls just south of Dracothraxus. Put the magical helm on the regular helm's pedestal and the regular helm in the magical helm's pedestal. This unlocks the doors to where Dracothraxus is.
Where is the Amulet of Truth?
- Just west of the room near the entrance that has a dead body laid out on the floor there is a hallway with a hood on the floor. Stand on this hood and then walk north through the wall. Follow the invisible passage around until you find the real Amulet of Truth.
How do I make the Black Sword?
- You must first get the gem from Dracothraxus (he will reward you with it if you defeat him). Then talk to Erethian about Dracothraxus. He will mention that he had started making a sword capable of killing the dragon, but had never finished it. Offer to finish it for him and he will teleport you to the center of the castle and conjure up a forge. Use the bucket on the well, then the water trough three times to fill the trough. The use the bellows to heat up the sword blank. Use the hammer on the hot sword blank until the Avatar says that the sword cannot be worked anymore. He will also say that the sword is still too heavy to be used as a weapon.
Talk to Erethian again. He will suggest that the sword could be made workable by Arcadian, the demon trapped in the mirror. Go to the mirror and talk to Arcadian. Agree to help him. Put the gem in your hand, then use it on the mirror. Dracothraxus will be freed from the mirror and be trapped in the gem. Talk to the gem by double-clicking on it. Ask the demon to bind to the sword. You have just created the Black Sword.
How do I kill Dracothraxus?
- You will not be able to fully slay him the first time you encounter him. You must defeat him in combat (glass sword works well). He will then give you the gem you need to make the Black Sword.
How do I destroy the Dark Core?
- You must first have all the Talismans. Go back to the Museum in Britain and acquire the blue and purple lenses. Put the Talismans on the Core so that they form three-fourths of a circle, with the missing fourth on top. Put the blue lens to the right and the purple lens to the left of the Core, one space away from it. If the sconces on either side of the core are lit (which they should be unless you have picked them up or snuffed them), the Talisman of Infinity will appear. Now you can just sit back and watch the ending.
