Where do I get the heads for the four statues?
The statue heads are located in the following places:
Level 1: In the northeast corner just south of where the disks over the fires are.
Level 2: Swim in the water (be careful to avoid the Ceiling Stalkers) and when the hallway turns south, pull the chain on the east wall. That drains the level of water. There is a statue head right by the teleporter that takes you off of this level.
Level 4: When you pick up the broken Golden Key, go straight north. Continue north until you can't go north anymore. Then go west. You will find a passage on the south wall that takes you to another statue head.
Level 4: The last head is sitting right by the statues that you must put the heads on.

Where is the exit to level 16?
Use your newly-acquired Kahpa metaform to dive under the water to find the exit.

In the Lava Tunnels (level 21) I can't get anywhere- there's no doors!
You need to use the Caun's Insect Swarm spell to feed the Stone Frog Head. This will cause the wall to the north to open up so you can continue.

Where do I get Blood Crystal?
When you first get to the River of Blood, swim north to the gate. You need to dive into the water and actually submerge yourself. When you surface, there will be a Heart hanging from the ceiling. Destroy the Heart and the Blood Crystal will fall out of it.

I can't kill Veste!
You can use the Grost punch to take out the Cleric, Wolf Lord, Green Ssair, and the Sea King metaforms. Use the Grost Earthquake ability while using the Trident of Might against the Zardaz and the Boar Lord metaforms. The Scepter of Might, Grost Earthquake and Grost punch together help to take Veste down.
