I've got the right keycard! Why can't I open this door?
Once the alarm has been set off, you cannot use keycards or the keypads. You must first deactivate the alarm by using the glowing red box (alarm switch) on the wall. Once the alarm has been deactivated, you will be able to use keycards and keypads.

How do I control the Spider Bombs?
When you use a Spider Bomb, the Crusader will kneel and release it. Once it's released, any direction that you turn the Crusader in will turn the bomb.

I can't destroy the generator at the end of Mission One.
At the beginning of the mission you were given a gray blastpack with red, blue, and green lights. This is the blastpack to use on the generator. You cannot lose it, or use it when you aren't supposed to. Cycle through your inventory until you see it, then use it on the generator.

I'm on Mission Two. I've found the teleporter I need to use, but it's protected by a force field that I can't drop!
Go north (upper-right) from that room, into another long room with barrels and crates stacked on the sides. There are a lot of exploding barrels in here that will roll at you. At the back of this room is a glass partition. Inside the glass partition is a steel partition. There is a knife switch on the doorway into the glass partition that will drop the steel partition, revealing a watch station that will turn off the force field.

Ummm...I laid down the fusion pak on the nerve gas container at the end of mission 7, but now I've got a movie of the complex blowing up and I got a "Rebel Intruder Eliminated" message...
Once you lay down the fusion pak, you only have two minutes to blast past the remaining guards and run to the teleporter. There will be a counter in the upper-right corner of your screen.

Ummm...I blew up the lithium power generator on the Vigilance Platform (mission 15), but now I just saw a movie of the platform blowing up and got a "Rebel Intruder Eliminated" message...
Once you lay down the blastpak to destroy the generator, you will only have a limited amount of time to finish the game before the station blows and takes you with it. The amount of time differs depending on what difficulty you are on. There will be a counter in the top-right corner of the screen, ignore it at your peril.

How do I kill Vargas?
You have to first destroy the generators to the left. This decreases her shields. I suggest not even entering the final room, but rather using spider bombs to blow up the generators. Vargas has a UV-9, so she's dangerous, but once all the generators are destroyed, the screen will flash, and she'll have "chunky death" written all over her.
