Error Messages

General

"Game crashes while replaying a recorded mission."

Sound

The Game cannot locate the sound card!
Your sound card may be set to IRQ10. Edit the WG.CFG file found in the C:\WINGS directory. Change the line reading: -ds251 to read -ds2A1 NOTE: If your sound card is NOT set to IRQ 10, this will not work. See our Sound Card Help Page for more information.
The Game cannot locate the sound card! (Not IRQ 10)
Wings of Glory supports sound cards that are 100% compatible with the Creative Labs Sound Blaster standard. Make sure that your sound card is set up for Sound Blaster emulation if it is not a Creative Labs brand. NOTE: Many sound cards can emulate a number of different sound cards. Use the sound card's setup utility to enable Sound Blaster emulation. See our Sound Card Help Page for more information.

Gameplay

Planes are SLOW and hard to turn
World War I pilots had their work cut out for them. The aircraft in Wings of Glory require that you use "hard rudder" turns.

Tip: Use the comma (,) and the period (.) for regular rudder.
Also use ALT+(,) and ALT+(.) for "hard rudder" action.
