Death (Dan Poore, born 22 May 1975) has been a WC fan since 1994. He is currently helping administration of the WC CIC Forums, plus assorted odd jobs.

Jobs

• Death joined the US Navy after high school and served briefly as a submariner.

• During the mid nineties, Death was involved in fighting spam somehow.

• For the last decade, Death has been a volunteer for the annual Dragon*Con blood drive.

• Death has much experience in various food industry roles. Between stints as a grocery store logistics rep, he delivered pizza for two South Carolina Papa John's pizza parlors. He frequently winds up on the night or graveyard shifts and currently works at Bi-Lo.

Automobiles

Death has been plagued by string of accidents involving his 1995 Eagle Talon TSi, Holly. He recently got it repainted and has a K&N airfilter replacing the stock airbox. Recent repairs on his rear suspension ended up costing more than a kilobuck. He plans on doing some performance mods eventually.

Speeding tickets have also been a problem (GFY).

Personal life

• Death is known for his short temper and Net.Nazi persona.

• He was briefly a member of the Libertarian party, but now believes "lunatics are running the asylum, just as they are in the 'main' parties, with even less of a grasp on reality."

• Despire repeated denials from both sides, rumors of an affair with the first lady of South Carolina continue to surface.

• His favorite musicians include Bon Jovi, Charlie Daniels and Marshal Tucker.
