Like if you eat a huge thing of butter or a jar of peanut butter Or a giant cheeseburger But if you eat lots of tiny cheeseburgers, or bits of butter on crackers, or something you've had fun. That's why "Burger Baskets" are appetizers and regular burgers are meals. i've technically never felt bad after eating a cheeseburger And as we all know, appetizers are more fun than meals. There should be a scientific symbol for more fun. indeed like (f>l) So we could write "burger basket" (f>l) "regular burger"| candy bars fun-rating fluctuates with size though a normal-sized bar is fine then a fun-sized is supposedly more fun but once you get to that tiny size, it's not that fun You can eat a whole bag of fun-sized without feeling bad. king-sized is about the same fun-rating Actually, a good way to make the tiny size fun is to get a big bag of them and then initiate some kind of release program. Like you could put them in a drawer full of pencils and mix it up then those giant ones in a different aisle are an entirely different thing Then every once in a while when you go to get a pencil you'll find a tiny snickers. wow then you'd get pencils too Incidentally, snickers cubes are the most fun of the cubed snacks. Yes. Another way to make that even *more* fun would be to get new, un-sharpened pencils. So you either get to do something exciting like sharpen a pencil or something fun like eating a tiny snickers bar. i love sharpening new pencils I wonder if I could use these concepts -- and others -- to create an incredibly fun box. Another good thing to put in it would be interesting buttons. And short lenghts of colored ribbon. maybe unusual coins like those quarters with the drummer on them and pennies that say "One Cent" in big letters Hmm... interspersed with the pennies will be pennies that have gone through those penny-printing machines. ooh yeah Also, little bundles of 65 cents stuck together somehow so you can buy a snack. i have one of those from the Multnomah Falls in Portland, Oregon hmm, maybe things that are really soft some sort of ball with feathers on it maybe Hmm... well... definately some erasers with fun names, like "Pink Pet". Yeah, one of those colored cotton balls that people do school projects with... Hmmm... a rubber stamp, definately. oh they sell tiny harmonicas at music stores those definitely should go Yeah, tiny harmonicas is good. are good and those plastic eggs that are filled with shaky things they have those in the percussion room this is the best box ever Oh, an uninflated baloon. wow yeah The pencils should be half yellow ones and half ones with designs in them, so you can choose whether or not you want to sharpen the design ones. a lego man Nothings worse than being forced to sharpen a pencil with a design on it when you don't want to. I've never had children, but I'd imagine that's akin to choosing which of your children will die. hmm, do they still make those little lego motorcycles? hehe Hmm... a tiny lego object of some sort... like an airplane that people can't possibly fit in. because the lego man should have something to ride, because lego men in and of themselves aren't very fun Hmm, yeah, a lego motorcyle might be good. Failing that, a lego jetpack. a single firecracker can be fun One really nice pen, or at least a pen that looks nice. Like it looks like it's made of marble. Hmm, yeah, that's a good idea. and maybe a random button from the music store that says "Up Yours!" or something on it and a universal remote that'll do stuff to stereos and TVs and eerything... because those are great for randomly pointing at things and making them work Hmmm, yeah, that'd be good. Double sided tape would be good because it'd pick up the glitter double sided tape is great Making it especially cool looking. wow yeah especially because you could use it as single sided tape if you really need to what about string? a small scented candle would be good it'd give the box a nice smell with tape and string you can rule the world An orgami something... like a crane. wow, a large steel crane... for lifting things... would that fit in a box? i don't think Cranes exist outside of Origami What are those things string comes off of? You know, the wooden nodules... spools Spools, definately at least one spool. spools are neat indeed if you put a flat circle on top of a spool you got yourself a table Some expired coupons... for restaurants you like. or a rectangle And a cut out of some kind of food from a newspaper. Like a burger. we could record a song by ace onto one of those 3inch CDs construction paper and a marker for all your constructing and marking needs newspaper clippings are good Yeah, a micro-CD. do they make macro-CDs? put like a random review of some book that no one reads but is on the top of the bestseller's list It can't be as big as a whole piece of paper. Unless it's folded up. those are laser-discs but that won't fit in the box that's what I was thinking too you could break a laser disc in half and put it in I can highlight stuff on the review. a little tub of paint could be fun Not even half a laser disc will fit in the box like model painting paint I think the rule needs to be that it can't be bigger than the palm of your hand. the Laser Disc is like the daddy, the CD is like the mommy and the mini-CD is like the baby. a Palm VII That would make the box too expensive. dash Palm pilots aren't fun though :( they would be, if you threw them at people really hard wait, can you play doom on them yet? hmm... probably oh, one of the floppy disks should have the Wolfenstein 3D shareware on it you could put a Wing Commander 2 Speech Pack disk in it wow, I was thinking floppies too :( Oh, a keychain We already have disks. oh a magnifying glass and tweezers Also, some of the keys will be that kind with like a colorful plastic gem at the top. and one of those mini-dictionaries that you need a magnifying glass to read Oh, fake gems. Yeah, I can see a small prism. some of those gum wrappers with comics on the inside hmm, what kind of box is this? a cardboard box? a wooden box? i picture it having a lid with hinges on it one of those little bottles of vodka and a tiny padlock Either a hinged wooden box or a shoe box. that's a good idea I thought so i can't wait to go shopping tomorrow and a box cutter knife dealie.
