Played WC and WC2 briefly and loved Privateer, but it wasn't
until WC3 that I really got hooked and started to feel the
craving for the heat of battle. WC4 is my favourite even if
I missed battling the Kilrathi. I liked WCP but had an
identity crisis, because whenever Blair was onscreen I
couldn't help but identify more with him than with my actual
game-character. I want Blair back...

I started playing WC as it was released on the Amiga and was hooked instantly. So there was no question that I had to buy a PC as it was obvious that there wouldn't be any more Origin games for the A500. Since then, I've played every WC game released for the PC. My hobbies mostly involve playing the PC generally, but I'm interessted in tabletops and rpg's too. I also enjoy reading books & comics (sci-fi & fantasy) and listening to music.

I've been a gamer since the age of six, playing various RPG's and
miniatures. When I found the Wing Commander games, I fell in love with
them and have been hooked ever since. Our home is pretty much filled
with all things sci-fi, Trek, Star Wars, and Wing Commander.

I'm a nice guy who really likes Wing Commander (obviously). I
would love to see some multiplayer options for it, but until Origin
makes something like that (except for Armada) I'll keep at Starcraft.
When I'm not glued to the computer I'm at school, doing judo or playing
the clarinet.

I have loved Wing Commander since WC2. Hoping to get a chance to one day work on the Wing Commander series, I will graduate and be looking for work at the end of the year :) (can't get more subtle than that!). |

I used to be one of those misguided fools who hated flight sims and anything affiliated with a fancy joystick. I used to spend my money playing Street Fighter (and all related spinoffs- except those sucky, B-grade rippoffs like Fatal Fury- or King of Fighters(ECHH!!!)). That was before I reluctantly flew my first Arrow in WC3 and met the Maniac. I still hate the majority of the flight/space sims out there (pale imitations much like what Fighter's History was to Street Fighter), but Wing Commander in all its forms is still a joy to play. I still can't kill myself enough of those bugs, I still can't pull myself from the cockpit. So, why don't they ever clean these seats?!
