Wing Commander 2 Deluxe Edition sound question

Hi to you all readers

I was wondering if it's normal that there isn't any speech sound in mission brieffing's. I got speech sound fine in intro but after I play first mission i don't hear any speech from character's. Is this normal ?

And also i'm using Dosbox 0.63, I have installed it properly and i'm playing it with loadfix -32 WC2 command line too.
 
The only "speech" in WC2 is from your wingmen during missions and from the characters during a select few cut scenes. Most of the cut scenes during the game - including every mission briefing - have no speech.
 
If you don't even hear the ingame voices anymore try loadfix -16 instead of 32.
