You never have to worry about Hobbes getting killed on your wing and he's a good pilot. Following orders is a big plus.

One little problem with Hobbes...HE IS A TRAITOR!!!

I think we`ve been through this before, Hobbes wasn`t a traitor. He truely believed he was on Confed`s side until his real personality got triggered. (I myself got a slap on the wrist from Quarto for saying the same thing a while ago

Anyways, favorite wingman? I say I`d have to go with Vagabond. I like to keep to myself while flying, killing every opponent in sight as fast as I can. Vagabond almost never needed help, and kept enemy fighters at bay long enough for me to come and finish the job.

I was always for Flint and Vagabond myself

Hobbes. He didn't muck up the comm lines with too much crap.

If I'm locked on, there's no such thing as evasive action!

It depends on the kind of mission, but over all my favorate wingman is Vagabond.

Hey I liked Hobbes because you didn't have to back him up when he should be backing you up in the first place while you see to the mission objectives. Of course no wingman compares to those you pick to go into Kilrah. At Kilrah the wingman who's about to die next flies with hurculean efforts.

Besides, Vagabond's often in trouble up to his ass.

Who dares to call Hobbes a traitor?

I'm surprised you still remember that, Mad Hatter. But don't you ever forget it.

Enoxigeo: No, he wasn't.
