Where the f*** are my savegames?

Ok guys, big problem here. I am half way through Wing Commander 2 now. Tomorrow i will get my new PC and i need to find this stupid savegame. I already tried the virtualstore directory but nothing there. Windows search is pointless and i have no idea, where this savegame could be. Losing this progress would be really annoying. Is it possible that i just have to copy my WC II folder?

There is but one file for all saves. I think it's savegame.wc2

I dont remember the extension but it is in the WC2 directory...just look what is the last modified file
