I just thought I'd throw this out for discussion.
I was thinking that if a Wing Commander TV show is really in development, you gotta admit the information is well beyond thin, I thought it might be fun to throw around opinions and ideas of what direction the show should take.
Should it follow Blair or maybe someone else?
Personally I think it would be cool to follow Bondarevsky through the Gettysburg mutiny onward. But I also think the show's best option for success would be to follow a new crew and ship that's in a similar mold. Because Blair's story, and that of the rest of the pilots he's commanded, has already been explored through the games, novels, and the movie. And the movie could very well color the opinions of potential viewers who aren't familiar with WC.
