WCP graphics improvement

What is with all the positive 3Dfx chatter? Ever since the Voodoo2 it was down hill, and now they no longer exist. Its all about the Annihilator 2 Ultra, which unfortunately is much to expensive for me to own.
 
WC fans like 3Dfx cards because they're the best things to play WCP with... and the only things to play the test mission with. <G>
 
I didn't like the WC3 nebula...esp considering it was just purple and not concealing, just...purple...

I don't remember a nebula in Wc4...just the Sensor Blocker Missions...
 
I believe that a nebula was in the missions aboard the Intrepid when you must hide from the Lexington, and when you must track down some border world fighter in the searching of the Intrepid when you play in Confed
 
Judging from screenshots, I thought the nebula foggin effects gave a good impression of distance in Homeworld - in a WC mission, it keeps things interesting by restricting your sensor range. Keeps you on your toes - although the change in music indicates enemy approaching more than the radar. :) Your wingman wanting to break and attack will also tell you of enemy approaching too.

You know what the best sensor blocking thing in WC was? Those *huge* asteroids in PG that fighters could hide behind... and then they wouldn't be on your sensors... those were incredible.

That's definitely right! The Intrepid hid in the nebula and you had to fly several missions in the purple nebula...
