Wing Commander CIC

Hey, I just found your site- crazy to think people still love this series as much as me. I've been shopping around for a copy of Wing Commander III and I found this "Special Edition" on ebay:

can you guys tell me if this is legit and what it might be worth? I think it is kind of pricey, but it looks pretty cool. What do you all think?
