In Venice 3, go to Nav 1 and clear it, then immediately set course for the Tiger's Claw, autopilot, land, and face the wrath of a very pissed Colonel Halcyon.

Whereas if you eject, he has little to say beyond the loss of a fighter and "don't do it unless you have to"... even if you do it right after launch.
