Running Kilrathi Saga WC1&2 in a window?

I have a widescreen monitor and I can't fit the game in-screen completely. Is there any way to run the games in a window? I tried alt-enter, but that did not work. Thanks.

Have you tried it in WC3? It should work in KS Wing Commander 3, but I seem to recall there being issues with WC1/2.
