Question About WC4 ShipEditor

I'm useing WinXP and Win95 patch to play WC4 now
and i've found "wcedit" the ship editor from the CIC files
it works really well when i choose the .iff had already exist
but when i tried to create my own ships
it always crush when the mission reports come out right before the mission started
i don't understand why
could any one help me with it?
