Question about Privateer 2 The Darkening enemy ship editor?

OK, I was wondering if they ever made an editor that let you manipulate the ENEMY ships in this game? Such as shield and armor strength for example?

I already have Privateer 2 editor version 2.0, but that only seems to affect the players ship.

Is there any way to edit the enemy ships in this game?

NOTE: I seem to have put this in the wrong place, if a mod wants to move this to the mod forum that would be fine, thanks.
