According to some "sources" of gamesindustry.biz, Project Redlime is Syndicate 3. Since GamesIndustry.biz is a believable source, I think, this is true...sadly. No Wing Commander? =/

All I have to say is, where the heck is our bail out? Forget Main Street, Wall Street, and the rest of them. How about what really matters here - expanding the WC story!
