Playing WC3 KS question

Ok I loaded Disc 3 after going after flint and after I loaded Disc 3 it showed her that Cobra went After Flint and not me. Is there going to be issues other than not getting to claim the Cruiser as my own?

I believe it doesn't affect the story (i'm not sure because i always went after flint)

If you go after Flint but don't actually extract her, you'll still get the Cobra video.

Well we blew up the cruiser and we flew back. Cool I will just keep pressing along.
