Offline RPG Fan Project Makes its Debut (August 9, 2000)

Over at the newsgroup Michael Coe has been talking about his paper-based Wing Commander Role Playing Game that he's been working on since 1997. He's set up a website to introduce people to the work he's done and says that he's heard of another "hard copy" RPG out there.. although that would be news to us.He's still building the game as well as his web presence, so his site is one worth checking and bookmarking.
