Hi, been following WC CIC for a bit now and finally decided to join the forums.
My first encounter with the WC series was many many years ago when we picked up a new fangled thing called a CD-ROM and Sound Blaster (huge box too) and it happened to have the double CD with the voice versions of WC2 and Ultima Underworld.
I probably played the living crap out of WC2. I finally managed to get my hands WC1 and WC3 through garage sales and a local flea market. Though my first encounter with WC1 ships was through Secret Missions for SNES.
So yeah I've been a long time fan of Wing Commander and I just fired up DOSbox and all the other goodness and just finished a run through of WC1.
Glad to see these games still have a wonderful, active fan base.
