Nameless Kilrathi

If anybody remembers, there was a cutscene from Wing Commander 2, where Prince Thrakhath is giving Khasra his assignment to destroy the Concordia, and then goes on to tell how his grandfather, the Emperor, will not allow him to go into battle. There's a partially yellow-furred Kilrathi standing next to Khasra. Does anybody know who that Kilrathi is? Is there any hint to his identity in any Wing Commander titles?
