Kilrathi Saga in PAL

Do any of you think that if I bought the Kilrathi Saga in PAL format that it might not work on my American computer, er whatever? I thought PAL and NTSC was more for DVD players and stuff like that? Is this purely a tech question for my computer maker?
 
Wha? There aren't NTSC and PAL variants of Kilrathi Saga. The video's neither standard.

I assumed you were looking at ebay and found the auction I assume you're looking for. He just picked the location his version of the game was sold in and it tells you it's PAL. That description field is really supposed to be for console games where it can matter, depending on the system, whether the game is NTSC or PAL.
