I'm not knocking the SNES -- it had some great stuff... but WC1 and SM1 SNES were very, very easy.
I wish I could play them on a GBA, though <G>

I heard of a guy some time ago that had managed to make a pissy (but working) 3D engine for a Palm Pilot. Last I heard he was busy turing it in to a Priv/Elite kind of game. I tried a demo of it which kinda sucked because of the controls, lack of colors to denote things on radar, things like that. But there you go, something is possible and on it's way. Once it's complete we can mod it. =)

Looks like it's more complete than I'd known about ,and you can buy it for ten bucks. But to them I say Feh, because I'll be able to find a pirated copy before too long. Bad though that is....

Any WC game converted from the PC tends to be pretty shoddy, judging from reviews I've seen about them.
I was looking through Sadic's site, and I have to say that having the pilot stick a picture of his girlfriend/wife on the dash was very nice touch. Though why is the ECS Prophecy 'inspired' by the Midway? It's almost a copy of it, albeit with the two halves of the Prophecy much blockier than the Midway's. I'm not complaining, and the Orca destroyer looks much nicer with the 'arms' drawn with more polygons.

Side note: I've been seeing a couple of copies of Quake\Doom for PocketPC circulating around [note to LOAF: THIS IS NOT WAREZ. THIS IS FREEWARE. ID RELEASED THE SOURCE CODE. YOU WILL BE ASSIMILATED) Er, sorry about that. I don't know what I've been smoking

Anyway, as I was saying, a couple of 3D shooters are available for the PocketPC (Windows version of the Palm, only not as good ^_^) Actually, I have a HP Jornada, but the !@#$% won't run it, so I haven't been able to see how good the conversion was. Maybe some other day...
