Of course we won't stay cadets any longer than we have to... that wouldn't make any sense... We have to be cadets for our first 50 posts... After that we become Lt., we don't get any say in the matter :-)

yeah, Lieutenant isn't a very big improvement. I'm thinking more along the lines of Colonel, or maybe Lt. Colonel, but Lieutenant is still a plebe.
