I really like how the Mod looks, feels and sounds. If you turn up the Volume and have Subwoofer... it's blast! Its a bit difficult for me, not been in a Cockpit for a while and the first Missions throw a lot of crappy craft at my crappy Stiletto.

Been practicing a bit in the Simulator cause i am stuck in Mission 3. Took a bit ingame footage while i was trying out different ships, because when i searched Youtube for Standoff i did not find anything.

Simulator Mission 10, flying in various craft:

Looking forward to see more of the Story when i finally survive my Missions :)

The Stiletto is a great ship IMO.

    I love it.

Nice work, good flying. Man, I'm so jealous you got the HDR effects to work - they look awesome! And my graphics still get messed up whenever I try to turn on the bloom effects.

There's a few things you can improve on:
-When in the Rapier, Particles only is the more efficient choice over full guns when you're low on gun energy or trying to conserve it. The trick is to make the switch to full guns only when you have a clear shot, and use just the particles when you're not certain you'll hit. I mapped gun switching to a joystick macro, but with a bit of practice, you can do it without tricks.
-You can conserve afterburner fuel with a little trick: Hold the AB button for a second to get some speed, then just tap it repeatedly, just enough to maintain close-to-top speed. AB acceleration is faster than decceleration, so you can fly more fuel efficient this way.
-Head-on passes are pointless if you aren't certain of a one-pass kill. You took down the front shields and front armor, maybe scratched the hull a little - so what? You've just wasted gun energy if you're getting behind him and not going for a second head-on pass.
-Your aim is pretty good, and that's the most important thing. Keep it up!
