Important WC dates to look up in WCpedia

Triple-B

Rear Admiral
Can anyone provide a keyword list of important wc dates or events, which occur between the games, that should be looked up.

one example is the "first battle of kilrah", what else?

thanks :)

What do you mean by 'looked up'? If you're after a comprehensive time-line of WC events, why not join the effort? You don't have to do a huge amount of work - every little bit helps.

there's several timelines out there, notably the cic's one

Loaf's timeline skeleton

there's a privateer online 2 timeline:

and i imagine various others in the document archive (in the wc3 bible for example)

there's an older (i believe) cic timeline at:

https://www.wcnews.com/enc/

and finally there's the timelines present in:
clawmarks (wc1)
victor streak (wc3
voices of war (armada)
I believe there's one in the ISIS manual (prophecy) and in star*soldier (arena) and finally there's some info in the kilrathi saga manual
also the "terran confederation handbook" (movie tie-in book)

If that doesn't wet your whistle I don't know what will!

Do you mean the dates that they occur? By the First Battle of Kilrah remark I'm guessing that's what you mean...if so that is something LOAF and I talked about before the CIC crew went on their DragonCon trip. The above timelines are a start, but we could probably do better now with more data (and being a little bit older).

I meant summaries of events throughout the timelines. like the arena timetable but a bit more detailed

Oh I see, you want to know what events are important and then you plan to read about them in the wiki?

That's certainly a noble goal, but first, you need to research the important events and then input them in the wiki. :) Only a small fraction are there now. Otherwise they're spread among the numerous sources (and individual games/books/ets) that have been mentioned in the thread.
