How I can add files to a *.TRE file?

Hello, I'm working with the translation tools that come with the development cd of "Wing Commander Prophecy" and I would like to know how to add files to a TRE file for put the translated (Spanish xD) files.

You must extract all the files of the TRE, alter the file you want to alter, then rebuild the TRE. Tools for extracting and recompiling the TRE files are supplied on the dev CD, but to recompile the new TRE I prefer to use HCl's TREMAKE.
