Homebrew model Star Wars ships that ACTUALLY FLY

Whenever I hear the word "homebrew," I imagine some nerd in his living room stirring a pot of sludge.
 
Very cool. What type of materials are they using there? They have to be pretty light to get something as massive as the Falcon off the ground.
