I found this flyer in the case when I bought the Command and Conquer First Decade pack. From what I can gather, Gametap works like Steam (But with a monthly fee). I noticed that Privateer is supported, along with the original Red Alert. This may be the first time in a while that a Wing Commander Game was officially suported.

Well, actually it sucks.
However, They do have space quest 1, 2, 3, and 5... But I didn't see privateer listed yet. But they have that same screenshot up on the site:
