Game Crashes - Can't Start

Tried bring everything to lowest retro/resolution detail...the game just crashes during the splash screen loading.

Running:

WinXP SP2
P4 2.6Ghz with 1Gb of RAM
ATI Radeon IGP 345m (with 128mb RAM from system) with Catalyst 5.8 Drivers

Any ideas?

Go offline.
Deactivate your firewall.
Start the game.

When it still bugs, update your graphic card driver to 6.x and try to start the game again. Does it start now?

Retro Detail wasn't quite debugged...try turning it to low detail

Thanks will try that when I get home. 6.x? 5.8 is the latest drivers available on ATI's website.
