Fix for Tractor Problems

Folks in case you guys are woindering what's up with the disappearing tractor...
turns out it was not just a disappearing tractor but a disappearing png image

the game was looknig for textures/weapons/tractorbeam.png the second time around
when it couldn't find that it punted
same with the ejector seat weapon
textures/weapons/beam.png

anyhow just copy some 256x256 image there and it should work dandy

for example
guys from the free game vegastrike would work dandy:

Of course, we'll put one them in for the final release. That fix is for those who don't want to wait for that
