It does pop up on the net now and again though. Heck! I found it on Amazon.com a month ago. Cost me 25 bucks, but it`s worth it.

It`s the same as asking why KS is unavailable, while all the rest of the games, even original versions are.
The best products are always in huge demand, and are the first to run out.

Just because you have 20 people screaming for a product, it doesn't necessarily mean it would sell enough to warrant a reprint. I really doubt that ER or KS would...
