Crashes at ending movie.

After beating the final mission on the winning path when I try to exit the mission review screen instead of showing the ending the game crashes.

I'm using Windows Vista and a NVIDIA GeForce 7100.

If possible does anyone have links to the ending videos because otherwise the game worked flawlessly the whole way through and it was an amazing experience. Kudos for all of your hard work.
 
Make sure to play both paths. The losing paths for Eps 3-5 are also a must do!

As for the crash, I'm guessing you have the most up-to-date version? (The launcher will check for you and d/l updates)
