I completed the 4 Tayla missions, but before I go to meet Lynch, I decided to get some more cash and try to mend my Confed relations (grumble grumble, I wish Riordian was a pirate in 009). I happened to be on Perry, and I happened to click on the entrance to Admiral Terrel's office, expecting to get the "where do you think you're going" as usual. To my surprise, I found myself in the office. The hotpoint to talk to Admiral Terrel was there, but clicking on it did nothing.
