Electronic Arts has released screenshots showing six of these in action -- B.O.B, Budokan, Desert Strike, Haunting, Road Rash and Virtual Pinball. Screenshots showing the two games most related to Wing Commander, Syndicate and Ultima VII, are presumably forthcoming.
