I had same shaking video issue in WC Prophecy. I changed 'prophecy.exe' and 'launcher.exe' to run in win 98 compatibility mode and that fixed it.

Hey all, I've attached a screenshot of the issue i'm having. my resolution is 1920x1200. Everything is setup properly and all other enhancements work properly. Is this the way it's supposed to look? I'm running win7 x64. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
