I have a stock galaxy with the cargo expansion. When I'm in the commodity exhange it shows I have 154.696 of 154.696 space remaining instead of 200. My cargo is empty. I've tried buying a full load of cargo and selling it, didnt fix it. Tried saving and restarting, moving to a different system...

The bottom turret on the Galaxy appears to mounted in the wrong spot. For example, i'm in the perry system with pnb targeted. Range is 3.5k. I move to the top turret and everthing is cool, range to perry naval base is ~3.5k. Then i move the bottom turret and target perry, range is 39571174.04...
