Yep, it went on eBay a couple years ago, and I believe it has been stated that it was indeed finished, just never released.

There wouldn't happen to me any information on Ultima VIII: The Lost Vale would there, maybe a beta version of it, or even the never released full copy? Or maybe some older beta version of IX. Just think of what is all hiding in there!
