Just got it. Opened box, very nice although, lo and behold, all the manuals are in German :S though it's got English as the top language on the box :) Does anybody know if there are any English PDF versions knocking around? Cheers

Just tried it (btw, the edit button seemed to be missing when I looked at the last thread). It sort of works, although it makes the game do short bursts, and goes. Normal, Stop, Noraml, Stop etc :) quite funny

Please help! :) VIdeos work fine. It's just that the photos of teh rooms play really fast! (the one on the first planet you're on with the guy banging his head on the wall looks really funny at that speed!) The actual game itself runs to fast unfortunately. Have tried Moslo but to no effect :(

good point. Hmm unless your shields are down :-) Or, if the certain type of shield can only stop lasers/eletric weapons in most games though, shields usually deflect oncoming debris (or is that the main deflector in star trek?)

WHat was that stuff about IFF codes? If somebody managed to change these codes on a confed ship, would another confed ship attack them do you reckon?

I'm not sure which one I like, but I know for a fact that I totally hate the first one. I remember playing it on the amiga, spent hours trying to get through it (it's those asteroids :-)

Do wc ships use viewscreens, or do they mainly use radar, and look out of the large windows? just a thought. what happens if your windows got steamed up, or they were dirty on the outside? do these ships come equipped with windscreen wipers? It was only a thought, but it makes some sense...
