I'm assuming you mean Kilrathi Saga. Yeah, you have to download them. But lucky for you they are found in the Files section under Kilrathi Saga. They work just fine I had to switch my compatability from XP to 98 after installing them though, but otherwise they work.

I loved that old game! I remember it came with my joystick... course, then I had to buy a gamecard. But it was a fun game!

Earth might have a chance if they tried suicide tactics, literally throw their ships at the Kilrathi hoping they if get through the withering firing they are sure to put up. They could go as far as using the Marines as they were used in Fleet Action, either way ConFleet is in a bad way.
