What's your least favorite craft to dogfight with?

Aww, I love P2, I just loathe Jincilla Skulls with a passion that will never die.

What's your least favorite craft to dogfight with?

Jincilla Skull, Jincilla Skull, Jincilla Skull. I'd never hated seeing a particular fighter so much before or since the Jincilla Skull. At least I usually had either a Behemoth or a Nukem with me. Gahh, I hated, hated, hated those damned Jincilla Skulls!

    What moments stand out most?

Oooh, yeah, almost as nerve-wracking as the torpedo runs in Wing Commander 2.

    What moments stand out most?

Agreed, it's amazing how well the Wing Commander games hold up, especially Privateer. Since we're remembering our old game stores, I got all the Wing Commander games at Egghead Software, which went out of business shortly after the release of Prophecy. Funny note, after I got Prophecy, my...

Marvelous Midway Model Made (February 1, 2010)

Neat! I'm pretty sure that's sheet styrene, judging by the material's thickness.

Ooooh, yeah, that was a good one, I got chills just reading that.

    What moments stand out most?

What stands out strongest amongst your Wing Commander memories? For me, it was making my first jump in Privateer. It felt like the world was opening up in a huge way, that I really was in charge. As much as I loved the first two games, Privateer felt like something entirely new. It was...

BREAKING NEWS: Wing Commander IV on PSN! (December 23, 2009)

No, you can download anything you've ever purchased or downloaded on the network as many times as you want. The bit about five installs is that if you purchase a game, you can have it installed on a maximum of five PS3s simultaneously.

BREAKING NEWS: Wing Commander IV on PSN! (December 23, 2009)

I don't know, but I don't think it'd work very well, to be perfectly honest. I can't remember exactly, but I think that the PSP's D-pad doubles for the L2 and R2 buttons. Something like left for L2, right for R2 and up for both at the same time.

BREAKING NEWS: Wing Commander IV on PSN! (December 23, 2009)

My guess is that it has to do with WC4 being a more self-contained story, like Crid said. In other hopeful news, PSOne games on the PlayStation Network are suggested by Sony, get the OK from the publishers and then get retested by the ESRB. WC4 wouldn't be on the PSN if EA didn't have...

BREAKING NEWS: Wing Commander IV on PSN! (December 23, 2009)

I'd never played the PS version of Wing Commander IV before, but so far, I'm impressed. The controls take a bit of time to figure out, but they started to make sense quickly, top left trigger + gun or missile changes the gun or missile, the D-pad controls the comm system, etc. The only issue...

    Ethical Quandry.

Is this the emblem with the iron cross in the corner? I certainly wouldn't display the flag, but the Kriegsmarine was perhaps the least Nazified branch of the German armed forces. If it is distinctly a Kiegsmarine flag, I'd have less objection to it. If it was an SS flag, jeez, I'd likely put...
