    Maybe you only change that big textures, review mat files, many times a ship could be using 256x256 or 128x128, I'm supposing this I don't sure but could be a point :)

    I think that you could learn basically a bit of wcpascal to test the ships. If you can write a single mission to the simulator you are enabled to test ships quickly.

    Create a "/mat" in your SO game installation. Put the mats files on /mat folder. That's all!!! :) (Don't forget flip vertical before convertion to mat files) You can find a good tutorial about Ships conversions on Kilerwave page.

    I'm not trying apply the texture from 3dexploration, I said 3dexploration show an information material panel all parameters from the file. But I don't see where the info bitmap cropping could be. If you review the material you can see U, V, tile and angle but not the crop info.
