Then again, autotrackers are probably THE BEST investment ever. You don't even need anything better than lasers to be deadly with autotracking weapons.

Here's another little hint: If you have good equipment, change it at a base that doesn't sell what you have. Equipment parts that are not sold at a bae are rebuyable at 5 credits euch. Consider it to be your transfer fee.

Automatic turrets are certainly cool, and I hate to troll but... It seems that turret-wielding ships like the Galaxy are a bit bulky and prone to attacks. If you can stop the baddies from hitting you, I recommend laser turrets - they're cheap, their shots are quick and they offer a good...

Is there any way to feature that pie-shaped ship from Privateer outtakes that was supposed to be a "speed" ship as an easteregg or something? I'd seriously like to take it out on a ride. ...Although I doubt the neccessarity of such, it would be a nice surprise.

I'd like to see a great classic transferred to a good fan project, sorta like Privateer Remake. Nostalgia with the ability to fly like in a modern WC, that would be awesome!

Then again, the ability to buy ships out of Privateer standard used to be a secret too.

LOL! Now thats a jerk. Not only most likely a 24/7 World of Warcraft nerd, but also no kind of critic whatsoever. Wing Commander is addicting, graphics or not. This guy has reallyn o sense for classics.

Dynamic would be great, and perhaps other news than "Privateer kills XXX badguy", like actual statements on great demand of great surplus, so trading gets more exciting. Monotone routes no more, an ideal trader should travel though the galaxy all the way.

The stats of the guns are adjusted to Privateer stats, which included a low velocity. Time to lead for the target some more... Oh, and I find flak clouds easy to dodge.
